Sheet Pan Nachos

This is our favorite version of at-home nachos. Easy, colorful, and delicious!

Ingredients


  • Assorted tortilla chips

  • 3-4 shredded chicken breasts (I cook mine with taco seasoning and a little bit of water in a skillet before shredding - you can also substitute with your favorite meat or skip it altogether)

  • Shredded Colby Jack cheese

  • Sliced Velveeta cheese

  • Sliced jalapeños

  • Black beans (or whatever you like), drained

  • 1 can of white corn, drained

  • Red onion, diced

  • Fresh cilantro

  • Salsa

  • Guacamole

  • Sour cream

  • Salt + Pepper

Instructions


  • Once oven is preheated, layer cooked and seasoned chicken, cheese, jalapeños, beans, and corn on of tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  • Remove from oven and add red onion, cilantro, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and salt & pepper on top and serve while warm!
